How to enter the competition?

Check our Partners site (URL that leads to partners page) and when you buy something from them, you will get the coupon for credits on our site. Enter the coupon code to redeem the credits and check the items from our extensive selection. Choose the products you would like to win, add tickets into the basket and procced to checkout. For every ticket in your basket you can choose one coordinate on the presented map.

Why I cannot buy tickets on your site?

From legal point, we are not allowed to have any money transaction on our site. Because of that, only way to enter the competion for now, is to buy some products from our partners and that way you will get the credits for playing our games.

We are in the process of getting the licence and with it, we will enable the option to buy tickets for our games. You will be notified as soon as that option is available.

How the game work?

When customer clicks to Proceed to play, they will get redirected to a page with:

• a description of the flight we follow (type of an aircraft, departure and destination point, scheduled departure and expected arrival time, and most immportant: exact time at which we are looking for a location where the object will be).
• a map with the route of the following object, and locations on which the object was on previous days at the time that we are looking for

 

For every ticket in the basket, you can choose one coordinate, on which they are thinking that the object will be at requested time.

 

Is there is a limit of the coordinates that I can play at once?

No, there is no technical limit that you can play at once. Only limit is your credit balance.

What is the goal of the game?

 

Goal of the game is to choose a coordinate by using your skill, knowledge and observations, that will be the closest to the actual coordinate of the followed aircraft at choosen time.

 

Player whos coordinate is the closest will get the product which is related with that ticket.

 

 

 

 

How is the winner determined?

The winner is the customer whose chosen coordinate is the closest to the followed aircraft at the requested time.

We will not set any radius in which we are looking for a winner we are just looking for the closest one. With this we guarantee that there will be a winner in each game.

 

What if the coordinates of two or more players have the same distance from the target coordinate?

In case that coordinates of two or more players have the same distance from the target coordinate, all players will get an item which is related to that coordinate. We believe that this is the only fair way to reward our players.

 

What if the flight is delayed, cancelled or redirected?

Delay, cancelation or redirection is possible on every flight and action will depend on the circumstances.  Most important is that there is no case in which our customers will lose money they spent on tickets for a game which object was delayed, cancelled or redirected.

Cancelled flight:

–  If cancelled flight is a flight that is scheduled daily or every few days (with same departure and expected arrival time), all tickets and related coordinates will be transferred to the next scheduled occasion. In case that flight is cancelled for more than a week, the game will be cancelled and credits returned to players account

– If cancelled flight is one time flight or scheduled less then once per week, the game will be cancelled and credits returned to players account

 

Delayed flight:

• It will depend on how much is delayed and if actual departure time is before or it pass the time on which we are looking the object coordinate.
  • Example, scheduled departure time is 13:00 UTC and time on which we are looking the coordinate is 16:00 UTC. Actual departure was before 16:00 UTC and in this case we can get actual coordinate at 16:00 UTC. A customer with closest coordinate will be the winner.
  • Example, scheduled departure time is 13:00 UTC and time on which we are looking the coordinate is 16:00 UTC. Actual departure was after 16:00 UTC and we cannot get a coordinate at 16:00 UTC. In this case we will use the same principle as the flight is cancelled.

Flight redirected and lands on another destination:

• It will depend when object lands or docks in another destination.
  • Example, scheduled departure time is 13:00 UTC and time on which we are looking the coordinate is 16:00 UTC. Arrival on another destination was after 16:00 UTC and in this case we can get actual coordinate at 16:00 UTC. A customer with closest coordinate will be the winner.
  • Example, scheduled departure time is 13:00 UTC and time on which we are looking the coordinate is 16:00 UTC. Arrival on another destination was before 16:00 UTC and we cannot get a coordinate at 16:00 UTC. In this case we will use the same principle as the flight is cancelled.

 

When does the games end and how long after that do we know the winners?

Our games will be played weekly from 00:00 on Monday until 23:59 on Sunday, every week in a year.

All times on our site are in UTC (Universal Time Coordinated) time zone.

Every followed flight will have the departure time scheduled within 72 hours after the corresponding game ends.

Result and winners will be announced within 48 hours of the time when we look for the coordinate of the followed flight.

 

What if the item I won is not available in my country?

In case that your prize is not available in your country, we will contact you in order to arrange further steps. There is a possibility to get an item from abroad or to get you similiar item that is available in your country, which have the same or a greater value.

 

Is there any delivery fee?

No, all deliveries are free of charge.
